Marching Band News

To all Marching Eagles going on the February Florida trip:

We are getting down to the wire on trip payments.  I believe the final trip payments are due on Jan. 27th. If you would like to use student account money for your trip, please contact the ZBOP treasurer, Deb Teets.  Her email is dateets@us.ibm.com  .
She will be able to tell you how much is in your student's account and you can, in turn tell her how much of that money you would like applied to your student's trip. By the way, it is not automatic.  You must let her know that you want to use it.
Deb will write one check to Music Travel and give them a spreadsheet with the dollar amount to be applied to each student.

Just as a reminder, you must be in good standing with your band/guard fees to go on this trip.
